We are a boutique law firm located in Palo Alto, California that specializes in corporate and business laws. 

Our founder, Mr. Zhou has nearly three decades of experience in the legal field serving clients of different sizes and industries.  Prior to founding this firm, he served as legal counsel for Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Ltd. (NASDAQ: AOSL), a power device manufacturer based on in Sunnyvale California, OmniVision Technologies Inc. an image sensor manufacturer which merged with Shanghai Will Semiconductor (603501.SS) and United Microelectronics Corp., a Taiwan-based foundry manufacturer (TWSE: 2303; NYSE: UMC).  

Our practice areas include corporate, employment, immigration, and litigation.  We are committed to delivering high-quality legal assistance that is directly related to your business objectives.  

 Mr. Zhou studied in Georgetown University Law Center and holds an LL.M. from University of Arkansas (USA) and an LL.B. from Nanjing University (China).  He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and has an inactive license from China.
